Inventory of residence’s items
Re-Form Consulting first begins with a full inventory of all items in a residence or estate. We take photographs of everything in the residence, along with dimensions, and import all of the information into a shared document that architects, designers, contractors, and vendors have access to. The live document can be referenced at any point in the project life-cycle and becomes a critically important tool in the deployment program.
Tracking owner Purchases
Every residential project has new purchases that may include furniture, rugs, art pieces, appliances, & etc. These items may need to go through customs, have long lead times, or require site preparation prior to their installation. We partner with the project team and owner to provide a consolidated delivery schedule for each of the items that have been procured.

Once our clients have purged their existing belongings and determined what needs to be kept, we use our shared inventory documentation to evaluate what needs to be stored temporarily. Using our network of move vendors, we coordinate short and long-term storage of owner items and determine what needs to be deployed back to the home or estate when the project is ready. In partnership with the owner’s vendors and project team, we develop a logistics plan and strategy to blend the new items with the old at the precise time the project is ready to receive the deliveries..
White glove move-in experience
After planning and coordinating the move and deployment projects, we can be on-site to act as the liaison between the move staff, the owner, and the household management team. As an extension of the owner and household staff, we understand the scope, timeline, and nuances of the home or estate and can provide direction to the move crews so that owners have the peace of mind to know that they won’t be continually interrupted on the first day in their new residence.
Organization of owner’s belongings
We work directly with owners or their household management staff to determine what items need to be retained, which will be replaced, and what items will be donated or relocated. We are also capable of coordinating “second use” or philanthropic donations.
Client Privacy
Protecting your privacy and security are paramount. We enforce strict confidentiality through non-disclosure agreements, share only essential information, and utilize encrypted communication channels. Prior to engagement, vendors undergo thorough vetting for quality, service, and privacy standards while ensuring they are licensed, fully bonded, and insured. Access controls and data handling protocols are fully controlled by Re-Form Consulting to limit vendor access, and regular audits ensure compliance.
Milestone Schedules
In order to develop our deployment program, the project team and owner need to understand when their purchased items are going to arrive. We partner with the owner’s vendors to assess, track, and coordinate important items that have been purchased, when they ship, when they’ll arrive, and where they will be stored.
Move planning, coordination, and vendor management
Using the shared inventory we have developed in conjunction with the owner and household management staff, we coordinate and plan all move activities, as needed. We obtain cost proposals for evaluation, schedule walkthroughs, assess timelines, and evaluate any risks associated with the move and deployment projects for the home or estate.
